At Callista.us, every item is carefully inspected, verified for authenticity, and listed with detailed photos and descriptions.
Since we specialize in curated resale of pre-owned designer items, please note that most sales are final.
However, we understand that certain exceptions may occur.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 72 hours (3 days) of the delivery date only if:

  • The item you received is not as described (wrong size tag, undisclosed damage, or incorrect product).
  • The wrong item was shipped to you.

Returns requested after the 72-hour window will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, authentication cards, boxes, and dust bags (if provided) must be included.
  • Any item showing additional wear or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

  1. Submit your return request to support@callista.us within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Once approved, you may ship the item back using your preferred carrier.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

  5. Items must be shipped within 3 business days after return approval.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted.
  • Consignment items sold on behalf of individual sellers.
  • Handbags, jewelry, accessories, or intimate apparel (unless misrepresented).

How can I sell my item through Callista?

You can bring your item in person for a preliminary review.

We accept only authentic designer pieces in excellent or gently used condition. Once verified, your item will be listed for sale under a consignment agreement.

What is consignment?

Consignment means we display and sell your item on your behalf.

After the sale, you receive a percentage of the final selling price.

Payouts depend on the item’s sale price:

  • Up to $199.99 → 50%
  • $200–$999.99 → 55%
  • $1000–$4999.99 → 65%
  • $5000 and above → 70%
How can I submit photos for review?

Upload high-quality photos of your item taken against a neutral background, showing all angles — including the brand tag, logo, and any visible wear.

Once approved, our team will contact you to arrange drop-off or shipping.

Can I drop off my items in person?

Yes! We accept in-person drop-offs by appointment.

Bring your selected items, and our expert will evaluate them on-site.

If your items meet our standards, we’ll list them for sale right away.

When and how will I get paid?

Once your item sells, you’ll receive your payout via PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer — whichever method you prefer.
