RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Callista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as return instructions may vary depending on the product supplier or fulfillment partner.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• The product
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
• Certain personal care items where applicable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
